All our products are handmade by our artisans and undergo thorough quality checks. You can be confident in the quality of our products due to our years of experience and positive customer reviews. Since 2019, we have been producing wood maps and successfully selling on Etsy since 2021. We have completed over 6,000 orders in total, with >4,000 on Etsy alone. Our rating is above 4.9 on Etsy, and we hold the Star Seller status with over 560 genuine reviews.
We are actively present on social media platforms like Instagram or Facebook which allows us to maintain regular feedback from customers. We pay special attention to quality and always double-check orders before shipping
Returns & Exchanges
We offer 30-day returns from the day of delivery. Product must be in new condition with all original packaging.
Unless something is defective with the order, buyer is responsible for shipping costs back to us.

How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are HANDMADE and produced within 4-6 business days.
Standard FREE shipping 8-10 business days. We only work with trusted shipping services - USPS and FedEx, 100% orders are tracked. If you need expedited delivery or delivery by a specific date, please contact us irectly.
